IDIOMS RELATE TO HUMAN BODY - IDIOMS CONTAIN "MIND"

1.be all in someone's/the mind: to be something that only exists in someone's imagination [điều gì chỉ tồn tại trong tâm trí của ai; lẩn quẩn trong tâm trí]
Ví dụ: These problems are all in your mind, you know.
(Những vấn đề này cứ lẩn quẩn trong đầu cậu)
2. bear/keep someone/something in mind | bear/keep in mind that…: to remember someone or something; to remember or consider that…[ghi nhớ ai/ điều gì]
3. be bored, frightened, stoned, etc. out of your mind: (informal) to be extremely bored, etc. [chán ngán]
4. be etched on your heart/memory/mind: if something is etched on your memory, you remember it because it has made a strong impression on you [khắc sâu trong trí nhớ]
5. bend your mind/efforts to something:  (formal) to think very hard about or put a lot of effort into one particular thing [Nghĩ nhiều về điều gì; nỗ lực nhiều vào một thứ đặc biệt]

IDIOMS RELATE TO HUMAN BODY - IDIOMS CONTAIN "FACE"


1. be staring someone in the face
+ to be obvious or easy to see[ hiển nhiên, rõ ràng, dễ thấy, trực tiếp ở phía trước]
